Shipping & Returns
We have standard domestic shipping at $10 flat rate. We post all Australian orders via a Courier service or Australia Post. Shipping times may vary between states and can take up to 3-6 days to country areas for Regular post.
We do our best to post orders on the day you have placed your order however please allow 2 working days for orders to be sent out.
You will receive a notification once your order has been sent with a tracking number.
International orders are priced at $25 AUD flat rate and use international couriers.

We are happy to offer an exchange or refund on any items if the items are returned to us within 14 days and to be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging if applicable.
To complete your exchange or return, please advise us of your order number and contact us for a exchange authority.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your exchange.
If you are approved, then you will be contacted to advise us of what you would like to exchange your item for if you would prefer a refund. You may also opt to receive a store credit for use in our online store or at our yearly sale.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
